AI-generated responses are dynamic and may change over time. We provide a snapshot of your visibility at the time of the audit and cannot guarantee that AI platforms will maintain the same responses in the future.

3. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By purchasing a service, you agree to the following:

• ●Payment is due at the time of purchase before audit work begins
• ●Subscription services (e.g., Monthly Monitoring) are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled
• ●You are responsible for providing accurate billing information

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery:

• ●Before report delivery: Full refund available upon request
• ●After report delivery: No refunds are available once the audit report has been delivered, as the work has been completed and the insights provided
• ●Strategy calls: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled call for a full refund

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, methodologies, scoring frameworks, report templates, and software associated with the Service are the intellectual property of AI Visibility Audit and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your audit report for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the report methodology or scoring framework without our written consent. White-label partners are granted extended usage rights as specified in their partnership agreements.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology, or submit false or misleading business information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI platform outputs are beyond our control and may change at any time.
